AoR Diploma Reflexology

Having grown up for the first few years of my life in Malta by the beach, it has drawn me to an active love for my healthy life style. I tried complementary therapies as conventional medicine only treats symptoms and my feeling that it does not always get to the cause of a problem. Finding success down the complementary road over 10 years ago, I decided to study complementary therapies. First Reiki, which is Indian head massage, followed by a Diploma in Massage in 2001. I then went on to get my diploma in Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists(AoR) in 2004.

Continual professional development

I have furthered my knowledge with Anthony Porter, one-time European Director of the International Institute of Reflexology. He developed techniques he learned in the Far East (Advanced Reflexology Techniques, ART). I now incorporate these techniques and taylor them to each individual client & their specific needs. ART can produce a powerful response, making use of the body's natural healing ability. I have also attended master classes in London with Dwight Byers, the nephew of Eunice Ingham & undertaken additional reflexology training. Continual professional development is required by the Association of Reflexology & all Full AOR members are bound by their Code of Ethics.

Current clinics

Currently working at clinics in Eltham, Barnhurst, Royal Arsenal in Woolwich and providing Reflexology for staff in a major city bank.
